WHO IS THE RHODE ISLAND FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE ASSOCIATES?
The Rhode Island Fraternal Order of Police Associates are a civilian affiliate of the Rhode Island Fraternal Order of Police. Our members are responsible and respectable business leaders, professional people, relatives and family members of police officers and citizens from all walks of life. These dedicated individuals are willing to give part of their time, money and energy towards helping and advancing law enforcement.
The Rhode Island Fraternal Order of Police Associates is a citizen group that meet on a regular basis, pay yearly dues and advance the causes of law enforcement through legislative issues, charitable causes and public awareness programs.
WHAT ARE THE GOALS OF THE RHODE ISLAND FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE ASSOCIATES?
The Rhode Island Fraternal Order of Police Associates are an organization formed to increase the understanding of the rights, duties and problems of police officers. Associates strive to better the conditions, promote the interests and foster respect for our law enforcement families in every conceivable way. Associates believe that law is truly the safeguard of freedom and it is our duty to uphold and defend that premise.
